Online Booking Process

We ask you to read our Online Booking Terms and Conditions as well as our Cancellation Policy
(see Clause 8 below) as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these
before your booking can be confirmed.
Please note that when you make your reservation, TEST DRIVER WORLDWIDE LIMITED will
charge your payment card for the amount due for the entire “Hire Period” (as defined below). By
acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, you also authorize TEST DRIVER WORLDWIDE
LIMITED to charge your debit or credit card for any late, lost, stolen, broken, non-returned
equipment, and for all other amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions. Please see Clause
2 below for further details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HIRING WITH TEST DRIVER WORLDWIDE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Test Driver”)

1. DEFINITIONS

1 – “Equipment” shall mean the golf equipment being hired.
1.2 – “First Hire Day” and “Last Hire Day” shall mean the first and last days respectively on which
the Equipment is being hired by you.
1.3 – “Hire Period” shall mean the period during which the Equipment is being hired and will
commence on the First Hire Day and terminate on the Last Hire Day.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 – All hires and purchases that you make through Test Driver will be transacted by means of a
valid payment card at the time of making a reservation. Hirers hereby authorize Test Driver to
charge their payment card immediately and without prior notice for any amounts due plus any late,
lost, stolen, broken, non-returned equipment, and for all other amounts payable under these terms
and conditions.

3. BOOKING CONSTRAINTS

3.1 – Booking Date: Online will be from the date stated.
Test Driver can accept bookings made up to 2 months in advance by email only and depending on
club availability.
3.2 – Minimum hire duration:
The minimum Hire Period is 4 day, this is 'standard' hire period
3.3 – Maximum Hire duration:
The maximum Hire Period is 4 DAYS currently but can be subject to change with no prior notice.
3.4 – Subject to Availability:
Test Driver will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the Equipment you order. However,
please note that due to unknown factors such as Equipment not being returned on time, insufficient
lead time, lost, broken or stolen Equipment, etc., all of our Equipment is subject to availability. If
the Equipment you desire is unavailable, we will endeavour to replace it with Equipment of the
same standard that is apt to fulfil the same purpose.

4. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

4.1 – Delivery and Return of Equipment:
Equipment shall be shipped out one day after online order is placed and shall be returned to a local
drop off point (the client is responsible to research where their local drop off point is) before 12pm
on the Last Hire Day. The First Hire Day is the 3rd day after the order was placed and the Last Hire Day
is the 6th day after the online order was placed.
4.2 – Clients must remove the original delivery label from the box and replace it with the return
delivery label.
4.3 – Client must keep the return postage ticket issued to them by the local drop off point as proof
of postage. It is the clients responsibility to ask for a confirmation of postage ticket if not handed
one. In the result of no return postage ticket Test Driver will deem the Equipment to be not posted
or stolen thus late and other fees will be charged (see 6.2). If the drop off point can not offer a proof
of postage ticket it is suggested that the client finds another drop off point so as to gain one.

5. DUTIES

5.1 – Duties of Test Driver
i. Provide the Equipment, subject to clause 3.4
ii. Ensure that the Equipment is fit for purpose (all equipment will be inspected before sent out)
5.2 – Your duties
i. Pay the price referred to in Clause 6
ii. Not to use the Equipment imprudently
iii. Allow Test Driver to examine the Equipment at any time.
iv. Allow any urgent repairs to the Equipment
v. Inform Test Driver immediately if there is any fault or defect
vi. Return the Equipment in its initial condition on the Last Hire Day
5.3 – Repossession of Equipment: Test Driver reserves the right to request the return of the
Equipment or to repossess the Equipment if you do not comply with your duties as above, or if the
Equipment appears to be abandoned. In the event of repossession, Test Driver reserves the right to
charge your payment card for the full Hire Period or for any period thereof.

6. PRICES

6.1 – All prices shall be as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The prices
are guaranteed for the hire associated to the confirmed booking. The prices take into account all
mandatory charges and include Value Added Tax or any other local tax where applicable. Test
Driver’s website prices are location based for Europe and U.K. and will be automatically charged
in the currency of the location detected at time of booking.
6.2 – Additional charges may be levied in the following situations:
i.Damages & Theft: up to the limit of the Equipment’s recommended retail price.
ii.Failure to Return the Equipment: failure to return the Equipment for any reason on the Last Hire
Day or when requested to do so by Test Driver will result in our charging your payment card, £15
per day for three days, the full amount of the recommended retail price for the Equipment will be
charged on the fourth late day, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period and late fees.
6.3 – If the Equipment is returned after this time up to midnight on the sixth late day reimbursement of
money in any part will be at the
 decision and discretion of Test Driver. After this time Test Driver will not
accept the return of any equipment, providing full RRP has been taken, and no refunds or reimbursement
of any kind will be given.

7. PAYMENT CARD

7.1 – Payment
Test Driver will charge your payment card for the amount due for the entire Hire Period when you
make your online booking and by accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby authorize this
charge. In addition, you also authorize Test Driver to charge your payment card for any late, lost,
stolen, broken, non-returned equipment in accordance with Clause 6.2 and for all other amounts
payable under these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 – Method of payment
Payment can be made using the following methods:
“Mastercard” debit or credit card, and “Visa” debit or credit. Payment using any of these cards is
accepted in accordance with the limits authorised by your card issuer.

8. CHANGES TO RESERVATION: MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1- Cancellations: You may cancel this agreement at any time by notifying Test Driver by email of
your intention to cancel. Club hire can only be cancelled by email. Phone cancellations cannot be
accepted. In the case of cancellations, the following is our cancellation policy:
A minimum charge of €10/£10/$10 per club will apply to all cancellations. Cancellation of less than
28 days from date of delivery will result in a charge of 30% of the value of the booking. For
cancellations of less than 14 days’ notice, a charge of 50% of the value of the booking will apply.
For bookings cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48 hours from date of pick up, a charge of
75% of the value of the booking will apply.
No refund will apply to bookings cancelled less than 48 hours from date of Delivery. Our online
cancellation policy supersedes all other written Hire Agreements that may be signed at any club
locations.
8.2-Changing bookings and Extension of Hire Period. We will do our best to accommodate any
changes that you may wish to make to your booking, including any extension that you may wish to
make to the hire period. Please note, however, that any such changes are subject to availability
particularly when requested within 72 hours or less of your first hire day.
Covid 19: Due to the current unprecedented circumstances we can issue you with a deferral
credit for your booking if covid 19 restrictions return at anytime, thus stopping the client
from using the Equipment. This voucher can be redeemed against any future booking.
Vouchers are not refundable

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1 – Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect the statutory rights of any consumer or
exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of .
Test Driver. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Test Driver, its officers, directors,
employees or representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits,
goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Test Driver has been advised of the possibility
of such damages), resulting from the online booking.
9.2 – Neither party shall be liable for failure in its performance hereunder caused by any case of
Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall be considered as any irresistible or unforeseeable event,
independent of the party suffering of the case of Force Majeure, which prevents this party from
fulfilling its obligations.
9.3 – You do not acquire any ownership or other interest in the Equipment.

10. Gold Cover Protection – Damage Waiver (where applicable)

Failure to return the Equipment for any reason when requested to do so by Test Driver will result in
our charging your payment card the late fees and RRP of the club. As Test Driver will only provide
original manufacturer produced clubs, the replacement cost will be based on the manufacturer’s
suggested retail price for the Equipment, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period.
Where Gold Cover Protection has been purchased, the charge with respect to damage shall be
reduced to zero providing the head of the club is returned undamaged (shaft damage only). Where
the head of the club is not returned said equipment will be deemed as lost/stolen. If any damaged
club is returned , this will also be deemed as lost/stolen and the appropriate Recommended retail
price will be charged
Abuse/Neglect/Misuse of Equipment will be deemed as lost/stolen
